Shinseikai is an organization that is learning an old Okinawa martial arts called "TEE", which has been passed down since the Ryukyu era in Okinawa. Unlike karate, which was established
after the modern era, "TEE" draw out the so-called "zero power" that uses almost no muscle strength from the traditional KATA. Therefore, the main focus of the lesson is on the traditional
KATA.
The Kata includes several techniques to protect yourself without fighting to defeat an opponent, that is, the true spirit and techniques of “victory without fighting” which is the ultimate
goal of TEE.
I especially emphasize the type of Sanchin. In daily practice, Sanchin is used to create a body that embodies the power of zero.
For the idea of Sanchin, please read the blog or the content of the Lessons & Meaning of Kata .
In addition, we do not have games or competitions like general karate. Although it can be applied as self-defense, it is not aimed at that, and we are handing down the intangible culture of
"TEE Kata” and the techniques, which have been handed down from ancient times in Okinawa, from the perspective of lifelong education. We look forward to the participation of those who understand
the purpose of this association.
We practice at Ijiri3choume Minami kaikan in Fukuoka city.
